"Top Priority Metal Blade release in January". So, did Metal Blade bet on the good band. Yes they did. This band is compared to Queensryche, Crimson Glory and Lethal ; personally I prefer to compare them to "Grim Reaper meets Crimson Glory". You know, with music, you hear what you want to hear, but only one question remains : Good or Bad album ? It is a good, a very good album actually, full of power, with very interesting prog elements added to this power metal music. Singer's hero must be Bruce Dickinson (David Taylor (singer) could have chosen much worse). However, he took me a lot of time before being able to find out that David Taylor in fact sings like Bernhard Weiss - Axxis's singer. Powerful riffs, good singing (far from Steel Prophet's singer, but somehow very nostalgic voice from the 80's) and there is no boring moments in this CD. But (yes there is a but), the sound is not as good as I was expected (following RockHard's album of the month award). The sound isn't crystal clear (again far from last Steel Prophet, Sonata Arctica or Running Wild). Apart from this little detail, it is still a MUST for every power metal fan. After two years of True Metal wave, are we entering in a new wave called Power/Prog Metal (Steel Prophet, Evergrey, Jacobs Dream) ?
Well I prefer to think that there is one wave and it is called : METAL Revival. Fully enjoy this one.

Killing Songs :
Kinescope, Funambulism, Crusade
