traptunderice Afro_D-Shak wroteI posted the cover art for the new Fleshgod Apocalypse like... a month ago and no one said anything. :lame: God forbid we don't get excited about a picture. One which isn't even that awesome compared to the last two covers.
belowthelights Goat wroteNew Fleshgod Apocalypse due August! That's a nice surprise. Video for new track, more orchestral than I remember them being:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjKyzwqIT7s Now thats how you make some symphonic metal right there.

Why have they blacked up in the video? It's alright I guess though. Wouldn't call it very symphonic as such when all they're doing is using an orchestra patch instead of plain strings. Still obviously played as keyboard parts as opposed to it being performed as an orchestra would. I am being a pedantic cunt.

And honestly you can't expect every band to be backed by a full blown symphony right? It still sounds good.

Not really, but a few people that I've seen commenting on the band elsewhere have been all "ZOMG SYMFONIEZ" as if they were going all out a la Therion (different style I know). Still, not bad. The clean vocals are awesome.
stevelovesmoonspell Hammers of Misfortune released the title and tracklist of their new album, 17th Street: http://www.metal-archives.com/albums/Ha ... eet/312345 I've heard from Arthur von Nagel of Cormorant that it's more similar in sound to The August Engine than their most recent material, and that their new male vocalist sounds similar to Mike Scalzi.
Milan Released on the 26th of September in Europe and the 11th of October in the US. Can't fucking wait!
Afro_D-Shak Cover for WitTR's latest, Celestial Lineage: EDIT: It apparently has seven tracks on it :omfg: WHAT THE FUCK
Legacy_Of_The_Night New Dir en grey tracks. They sound pretty unorthodox, actually. Pretty awesome, I gotta say.
