I gave it three spins since yesterday and think that, though it has a lot of nice ideas and really great songs (I can't get enough of Little Things for example), it has too many "Nickelbackey" moments and lousy experiments to fully satisfy. Imho, Ancestors have managed the progressive/melodic change Baroness failed to. It's still a good album and the good largely exceeds the bad but it's not the revelation I was expecting.
I'd give it around 75.
