I'd rather have old Bob than no Bob. Obviously this is no Blood On The Tracks, but he was still the first artist I remember hearing as a kid, and I'll still be listening to him when I've outgrown Psycroptic, as good as they are.

I can understand that. I obviously don't feel like that. To me, Dylan 1962-1975 is some kind of perfection and the voice matters carries the tunes damn well.

Not at all. I've grown up with him and find much to love in his music where all else relies on mood. Singing is about what you mean to the listener, not about whether you'd be passable on American Idol; I get that people find him annoying, but I never have. And I've heard his born-again Christian stuff! :wink:
