can't be arsed to find an english version. anyway conservatives in Moscow are proposing a bill to ban "emo culture", going as far as descibing the black nail polish, the haircuts and all that crap. the issue isn't the music but worries that emo culture can drive kids to suicide or self-mutilation or some shit.

frankly i think it's the stupidest thing i've ever heard. a simple "EMOS SUCK" anywhere in the constitution would be enough.
