It's both as my religion teacher says, as you can't separate the culture with the religion and such.
well.. you can.. the aryan race (or scandinavian race if you like) was separated from it's original culture. :wink: .. anyway, less than half of the danish population refers to themselves as being christians despite living in a culture is based on christianity.
one thing i don't understand, though, is that secular jews living outside Israel refer to themselves as jews all the time.. why is that? I don't refer to myself as being aryan, since it's of less importance - and if i did ppl would hang me. I would refer to my nationality.
