Yeah that's sort of my point, I don't care if Diaz is good or likable. If I had to sit down with one of them and have dinner I'd go with GSP easily. But if I could watch one of them fight I'd watch Diaz and therefor I like Diaz better. Most of my friends hate Jon Jones now but I still like him, he makes exciting and interesting fights.
That's not to say I'm not a hypocrite, there are fighters I like that can be boring and some that I like mostly because they seem like nice guys. It's just in most cases I'll go with the more exciting guy.
So Weidman and Silva eh? Wish I got another chance to see Weidman against another contender, right now all I really remember about him is his fight against Munoz. Another fight would make it easier to have a grasp of what he's capable of. It's like this could be the guy that beats Silva and I know nothing about him outside of one impressive performance followed by months of him whining, ultimately landing him his title shot.
