I have watched every episode... I haven't read the comics so I am not aware of the storyline , but I am not into the drama/zombie combination, but I guess it has to be like that to stay on television...
The zombie drama combination is what works for me. I like it better as a drama then the really sci-fi-y moments like the first season's finale. Need to watch the second season. Re-watching it made me think it was kind of weak.

I agree with you about the end of the first season... I just get pissed when they use one whole episode building character relations and plot lines while showing one fucking zombie.... I think that was like the 3rd or 4th episode of the new season.... Pissed me off..... O well

I love everything about it. I just watched the Season 2 'mid-season finale' and now must wait until February for new episodes to air. The wife has informed me that she's getting me all the trade paperbacks for Xmas and that made my day. Can't wait for Zombie Xmas 🙂 A novel has been released called The Walking Dead: The Rise of the Governor, it's rumored to be a very brutal tale.

Yeah man even though I sit here and gripe about the series The mid-season finale is the only episode I haven't watched thus far... Zombie X-mas! I am jealous my friend... Enjoy your gifts!

Even though Robert Irvine drives me insane my Wednesday nights consist of Restaurant Impossible followed by iron chef super chefs... Somehow these shows have even made me lose interest in my usual Wednesday line up to the point that these are the only two shows i watch on Wednesday nights now haha ....

The comics are pretty brutal and rather odd compared to how the TV show goes. Go figure, though, it's a comic and not a show being broadcast to boring TV watchers.

The mid-season finale is great. I'm loving the tensions that exist between the characters and the depths that some will go to. The horrors they face and the decisions that must be made due to these horrific events are just riveting.

the show is cool but i can't care for a lot of the drama there. oh, rick can't take the pressure, does he have what it takes to be the leader? ohhh can they have the guns? and shit like that, i don't care about that shit!

Ever watch Wilfed? Pretty much all they do on that show is make raunchy jokes and smoke pot/drink beer.

Also The League is quite funny.

The entire season of Dexter was weak and predictable. Although I couldn't stop watching and talking about it afterwards, the show is getting old. I can't think of how bad it will be in 2 more seasons. But, I'll be back every Sunday.

For serious. Halfway through the season and that's how I feel about it.

And oh my god, I want to watch Misfits. Need internet to download all this shit. I've been blasting through the whole series of House. Season 4 is so fucking awful. It's partly what led me to pounding through the Hunger Games books in five days. I'll probably skip the fifth season too.
