Yeah, and I think with GoT we are beginning to see the limitations of the format versus books. The non-initiated's mind is going to spin at all of these new characters. Episode 3 was the best of the season so far, imo, at least.

It's fucking awesome. The show doesn't take itself seriously. Has really awesome monster one-off episodes and a decent storyline centered around the apocalypse, demons and angels. It's mindless fun.

I started watching 30 Rock and I laugh and all but it gets repetitive real fast.

The last season of House has been pretty solid so far. Some characters suck and some characters still suck, but it's not embarrassing the show as whole yet.

30 Rock gets 100% better in season 2 for some reason. Stick with it.

I'll admit that the addition of all the new characters in only 3 episodes is bit much, but still, it's not like it's hard to follow. Plus, the episodes are so good that re-watching them 2 or 3 times to catch things you may have missed is so easy. I really should read the books, but again, reading is for squares.
