So, the new Arrested Development episodes; stick with them, the first three are a bit crap. Each episode focuses more on a single character, so a lot of the amusing interactions are gone, and Jason Bateman and Portia de Rossi aren't good enough comic actors to carry it off on their own (also, PdR's plastic surgery is very distracting...) Jeffrey Tambor manages better (obviously!), but the material isn't there... Fortunately things pick up a lot on the fourth episode and by the time it's Tobias' turn... well, David Cross is a good enough comic actor.
Lower your expectations, basically, it's not a complete disaster but it's not as good as it used to be.
