What did you think of their first album, I heard it for the first time and thought it was pretty decent old sounding stuff.
I was horribly let down by this album, it has a few decent songs but isn't even 1/10th as powerful as Master of Reality... :sad:
It was decent, but Wheels is where they really took off for me.
First experience with Saxon was when Strong Arm came out, the recording on the vinyl was soooo much better; crisper, somehow, with that "live in the studio" sound. I have the CD now, and it just isn't the same.
I kinda agree about Sabotage; it's a great album, but not in the same league as Master of Reality or Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.
