Perhaps in Europe, in Mexico I find it hard to believe. You can still dilapidate (is that term correct?) gay people legally and lawfully, it's a lot of fun, you should try it sometime.

i feel like such an ass hole, i let my hormones get the better of me and i managed to hurt this girl who liked me. I mean i didn't feel the same way back but still....i guess this is what happens when you don't get laid for a long time. -___- Well lesson learned and i hope i dont let myself do this with the next girl that starts to like me. The one thing i hate is guys who use girls because i consider myself a gentleman but it seems like ive become what i hate recently. I guess the best i can do is just move on and learn some more control.

More seriously, banning homosexual unions is, IMHO, of the uppermost irrelevance. Whether one like these guys or not, they're here to stay and they WILL live together and even have a family when they really want to. Banning the unbannable (how come this is not a word?) is an idiocy, and in this very case, a perfect injustice.

It's just a matter of time anyway before it is allowed, these guys (antis) are fighting a lost cause.

GAH. This = politicians telling people they can't enter into contracts because they might offend people in other contracts. Remove the politicians and let consenting adults get all contracted up, I say. And why are the rights of a minority being put to the popular vote anyway? Fuck that! Democracy should be for issues that affect all equally, not for demonising a minority by allowing a majority to de-equalise them. And my lovely gay brothers and sisters getting married only affects me in whether I'll get invited to the ceremony/ies or not. My own marriage (if it ever happens, which it probably won't) is between me and my girlfriend (and God, obviously. But he's off the invite list because he's a cheap drunk and a whore).
