Death metal juggernaut DYING FETUS has issued the following update:

"We would like to announce the addition of new drummer Trey Williams, from Baltimore, MD. We regret it has become necessary to part ways with Duane Timlin. However, we thank Duane for his contributions to the band and we wish him the best in his future endeavors. The Culture Shock: Tell me what you're feeling right now with the new album set to come out in the U.S. in a couple of weeks and the start of Ozzfest coming up. Do you feel like this will be a huge step in taking over the U.S. in terms of gaining new fans?
