Both well done and a worthy foray into evil.

Verdict - my vote goes to Kathaarian. The poem flows very nicely, doesn't paint any corners, and is dark without using shock. Just seemed more refined to these cells. Zad - I think you just needed more time.

I vote for Zad because he was more ambitious about it, but I could have easily swung the other way if Katharian's poem was maybe longer, or just had a bit more of something. I liked that he used some rhymes at least, but in the end I agree that Zad is simply a more twisted fuck.

SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO, JESUS CHRIST!

Zad. Needs editing, but it just flowed better for me. The start made me fel like i was in like the 1700's but the end felt modern. the stuff before the italics was the best. The italics were good but maybe out of place in this poem? It broke the flow.

Kathaarian's had good sections, the last few lines were very good, but while some parts felt really dark and vivid, others didnt paint such a vivd image in my mind.

When will voting be over ? I think we're in a tie right now.

Edit: Ok, so it started at 2.34, and at 2.34 today it was a draw. What happens now, do we keep it running until another vote goes down (in which case, Daniele's vote for D. means he has won) or...?

Because many people have many accounts. They could vote like crazy, and cheat and whatnot. Besides, lil' critiques make the vote more fun.

Honestly, though, you woulda won anyway under the late circumstances, so congrats. You should feel VERY proud right now. This one could have been the finals for all we know.

Sorry NFAE, seriously sorry. I was expecting you to finish this one this morning so I think I got a little nervous (I've drunk one too many today, I actually didn't care about winning) while waiting for it because the game was a close one.

Anyway so I won, I never expected this. I'd like to congratulate Zad because his poem was seriously very good (I'd vote for his over mine). I'm going to have to do a lot better next time, Aaron is also a very though opponent.
