Interesting indeed.

Why does this always happen? It fucking pisses me off. Scientists and doctors say a certain food is the best ever, it cures fucking everything. Then 10 years later it is found out that it's not so good after all. WTF?

I started ignoring health articles when they started changing their minds every few months. "chocolate = miracle food!" "chocolate = not as good for you as you think" etc eetc etc

I think the key is just to use common sense. If you are constantly trying to keep up on what the new miracle food is you're going to go crazy. Most people know if they are eating healthy or not.

The real health food is to eat some of everything, and not a a lot of something. Eat fish, eat vegetables, eat meat, eat fruits, drink milk (or eat derivates as cheese or yoghurt), avoid the sweets... well, mediterranean diet.
