High school is gonna be hell for her, sadly. I had a classmate who was considered the most unatractive girl in school. The amount of torture she went thru, it was really stupid. At first like any other teenage boy with his gang, I laughed. But then after some time I realised what I was doing was wrong and it's not her fault she looked that way. She's a bit weird, yes, can't deny that. But I pitied her a lot. Sadly, the friends I hang out with were the ones insulting her, and I mean directly told her off 'You're buttfucking ugly'.
