Bahaha I remember the German safety video. I remember showing that to every single person I know.

The German vid was awesome. I only understood about one word in 20, which is odd considering I'm part German. I didn't get the bit with the ear protectors though, was it "wear these and you won't have to hear your colleagues tortured screams"?

Nah I think it just means you get aroused when your anus gets stretched. :P

This is the most awesome line in the history of MR. Well... not this, but the above.

I just saw that I told the same story twice in that thread. Once on like the first page and again on the last.

This is one of my favorites:

The Job thread was great. Unfortunately, it seems like a lot of topics in Hellheim have been deleted.. I can't find Dago the Sailor Man.

The search function here sucks. I had to search for the job thread manually, page by page.

I hate how when you click on a link to another thread all of the new topic notifications go away...

Anyways, I was hear for most of those threads. The German work video and the toilet thread were hilarious...especially the toilet thread, reading through it

Yeah, I noticed that when you click one of the 'go to newest post' it screws your cookies and gets rid of all the new topic things

Just went through the JOB thread and laughed my ass off!! :D

My brother is working at the IT department of a big research company. I've heard some pretty cool stories of people asking the must stupid things.

Just last night (I'm on call) I had a guy, at 3am, in New Hampshire, telling me that I could power on his PCs because "we've done it before." I tried explaining to him that it's impossible for me to power on a piece of equipment that's in a different state. He wasn't buying it.
