You say that but you have as many post as I in about 1/4th of the time it took me.

I think I had over 10,000 in my first year here. Just over 1000 is nothing, especially considering I work 10-hour days with nothing better to do than fart around online.

I know exactly what Zad and several others are saying. I'd say I was averaging about 10 posts a day around a year ago, but (after a small hiatus) I simply saw no point in discussing every hot topic that i was only partially interested in or risk become involved in a flame war.

What's the point? I have visited this site quite regularly over the last 12 months, mainly for the reviews rather than discussion; therefore I don't blame Zad for wanting to cut back on the forums - they can become too frustrating/time consuming if there's too much emotional investment in a topic.

BTW 500 Posts for me!! Huzzah! :dio:

Well, erm. Betsy Coed is better than any shitty Southern Wales thing. Rhyll for the win. Yeah mate. I probably spelled all that shit wrong but basically I like North Wales.

How weird is it to hear those names! Although I live near to Wrexham, I'm actually dating a girl from near Betws-Y-coed. However...

Haven't been to Porthcawl in ages, though I once recieved an award from Rhodri Morgan there. Barry Island's the better beachy-fairy place despite the fact the town is notorious for being a dump. I know a guy who once dived over a chip shop counter and started nicking the chips. It was surreal.

Ha ha! Sounds a bit like the usual happenings of Rhyl! I haven't been to Barry for a long time, but you're on the right lines. I don't think Rhodri would come too far North! I was born in Wrexham, lived in Swansea, then back to Wrexham... I must say, I prefer it down South! Anyway, I'm off to Aberyswyth Uni in September... All part of my Welsh tour!

I suppose a better comparison of Rhyl is to suggest taking Rhonnda Valley, adding it to Barry, along with a few ropey old rollercoasters then multiply the population by smackheads...

I guess what i'm saying is that Rhyl isn't duped 'Dirty Vegas' for nothing...

Wrexam's cool, Besty Coed or hopwever you spell it is really cool-I used to jump off the bridge when I was little. Rhyll is +1 for biggest shithole ever, making it funnier for the day/night out.
