I keep as much as I can organic and preferably local produce (not always possible as I live in the north, so coffee and stuff like that will have to be imported). Better quality that has ripened in the field rather than rotted in a truck somewhere. It simply tastes and feels better and I don't support the usage of pesticides and growth hormones. Generally I'm appalled by much of the shit that passes for food these days. Highly processed junk food crap.
