Because, although you listen to a lot of stuff outside of metal, you also listen to real metal. Eyesore doesn't.

Just a thought, but maybe Carnifex won because the majority of the board are (well, pretend to be) heterosexual, despite Misha and Trevors' pretty boy looks? Sure, they're nice to look at, but how many would actually sleep with them, which is what the sub-title of the award was? Maybe I should make this a poll...

Exactly. I can't speak on behalf of all the males on the board but i'm the kind of guy who prefers women as sexual partners.
