If you want to call it a fight. Canseco sucks.

And by the way...

Dana White needs to start bringing in some female MMA. Some of these chicks—Gina Carano being one of them—can kick some fucking ass!

She's the kinda chick I'd let her put me in an armbar, and not fight back.

I'd let her fart in my mouth.

HA

You win.

But I'd probably let her do that to. I just wouldn't announce it to the public.

Limp Bizkit is performing at UFC 100, sigh...

Kimbo Slice will be part of TUF 10. TUF 10 will be all heavyweights with Rashad Evans and Rampage being the coaches.

And people will love it. Limp Bizkit, despite all the lame hatred toward them, put on a kick-ass show. I swear.

I like this, actually. Kimbo has skills as a fighter. Maybe not an MMA fighter, but this is the kind of show that will prove that one way or another. Plus, business-wise, it's a genius move on Dana White's part.

I give the big guy some credit for actually trying to become a real fighter. A lesser man would of ran away and hid after that loss. But at least he's got the balls to get back in there and try. Who knows, with the right coaching he may turn into a pretty good heavyweight. And we all know the UFC is seriously lacking in the heavyweight division.

Potential Sherdog poster?

Anyway, I think that Kimbo doing TUF is legit. He's generally pretty humble about being a fighter, so I don't have any issue with him being on the show. Win or lose, he'll get some sort of fight contract.

If there's really any legit sort of comp, I just don't see Kimbo winning the thing. It's an all heavyweights season, so hopefully we see some guys with serious potential in there.

Anyway, in other MMA news... Arlovski was KO'd last night Brett " The Grim " Rodgers of Elite XC fame. Phil Baroni lost to Joe Riggs, Scott Smith lost to Nick Diaz... Tonight Mike Thomas Brown beat Faber again like I thought he would.

Sucks that Faber broke his hand so early in the fight though. I hope they fight again someday.

Yeah, you could see immediately that something was wrong. His concentration just shifted. And then he hurt his left hand. Brown's corner actually picked up on that, but somehow they didn't see his right hand was worse. Weird.

You know how hard it is to fight with a broken hand? Man, it's amazing most of these fighters don't just drop and quit. That shit HURTS! Haha.

I was watching UFC 1 a few weekends ago, and the european guy broke his hand in the first fight and made it the finals against Gracie. Everytime they zoomed in it, my whole body ached. That's crazy shit.

Remember when Mir snapped Sylvia's forearm? And then Sylvia used the same arm to pick Mir up and slam him! Haha. Then the ref stops it. "Your arm is broke," he says, and Sylvia is like, "What?"

It's crazy. I know hand-wraps help boxers because it keeps everything tight, but MMA wraps are different since they don't encase the entire hand. Those dudes have balls of steel.

Frank Trigg is back in the UFC. He signed a 4 fight contract, first fight at UFC 103 vs. Josh Koscheck. UFC 103 will also see the return of Patrick Cote. Also, Lyoto Machida will defend his title at UFC 104 vs. Shogun.

I think Trigg should have stayed at MW instead of cutting to WW. He said something about his body not handling the weight as well at his age, so maybe the cut will work out for him... But I think the WW division is far too deep, and he's not going to be edging out a win against Kos... At least I don't think so.

I am a huge Trigg fan, have been since his UFC debut years ago and as an announcer in Pride, but I don't see him doing too well in the WW division.

Wanderlie Silva has officially lost it. I will never be voting for him again. I did not make him part of my picks last night, but last night guranteed that he will never be part of my picks again. Sad really.
