like i said before, Pauleta scores in the crappy french league, dominated by Lyon, Monaco and another club or two, and against shitty teams like Liechtenstein and the like.

but against a good team he NEVER scores. seriously, he's a disgrace to the portuguese shirt and an insult to Eusébio.

Fuck Chelsea. Anyone could win the league with that amount of money behind them. And yet, despite being able to afford any player in the universe, they're still incapable of building a team that could compete with Manchester United circa 2000, or Arsenal circa 1998 for example. Not only that, but they make their matches unbearable to watch with their constant diving and whining. Not to mention that whenever a decision goes against them the entire team surrounds the referee and tries to intimidate him like a bunch of thugs.

In fact, even now they would probably struggle if United and Arsenal weren't running out of steam.

Portugal could be soooooooooooo much better if it weren't for Scolari and if we had a really good striker.

i still can't forgive Scolari for having lost to the same team playing the same tactic TWICE AT HOME. there is no excuse, Euro 2004 should've been the international glory that Portugal has been deserving since '66, and yet he managed to fuck it all up.

the netherlands
germany (they're playing at home and have some brilliant players, all they need is to get the team in order and they can take home the gold)

rio - Chelsea's transfers don't even come close to Real Madrids, besides, they already had Abramovich's money before, but it took Mourinho to finally get some titles.

though, it's true about the diving and the whining. the diving was probably Mourinho's influence from his days in FC Porto.

Yes, and besides Man Utd has been the richest club for so many years but still they went down, and Real Madrid too. It's all about Mourinho.
