i got 0.031 sec and then 0.016 sec as well after strugling a bit. I don't think it's possible to get, say 0.020-0.025. The program code is working too slow for that, or rather the clock is "only" updated each 0.015 sec with this simple code. I only seem to be able to get 0.016, 0.032, 0.047 and 0.062 etc. not anywhere in between.
