I like that point of being drunk where you're still fairly aware and doing stuff without thinking too much about it and having a great time. Any more than that is kinda weird and any less isn't as exciting.

about drinking, there's the "lazy drunk" and the "energetic drunk" and if you manage to hit the latter it's fucking awesome, provided you don't go overboard.

also, i had my first Duvel yesterday and holy shit it's the best beer, like, ever. :dio:

There is a huge difference between booze-drunk and beer-drunk. I like the latter best, mostly for the sake of not becoming hungover. and you know, remembering stuff the day after.

I don't really like being drunk. I don't much like feeling like I'm not in control of myself. It's unsettling.
+1. I drank Franziskaner Weiss the other day. That was interesting.

I don't know. I think I'd rather watch someone else being that drunk, than being that person myself.

It's not fun until I'm passed out on the lawn a foot from the door to my apartment complex.

Best beer I ever had was a beer called Old Rasputin. Thickest beer I ever had, and had chocolate and coffee flavors along with it. It was fucking delicious.

I'm drinking something called Kasteel Cru right now. Some lager made with champagne yeast. Doesn't actually taste too bad, surprisingly.
