You are weaker and take more damage but the ammo is about the same, although you need more shots to take down the enemy. The Locust is a mean bunch on insane, and more often than not they will chainsaw you in melee combat. They are very aggressive and aim alot better while flanking and doing all kinds of things.
So everything changes to make it harder, and I love it.
But the final boss is a real pain, I'm glad I had a human being to co-op with instead of an A.I. character.
