Yeah I think being that big is definitely some sort of health issue.

I have a super fast metabolism so I can't really help, but my gf says that going vegan and working out is what she does to lose weight.

I work out an hour a day five days a week...sucks to go outside in the 110+ degree weather, though. I've actually lost some weight through taking up a sport, and I didn't really diet at all besides giving up soda (wasn't like I was addicted...I don't like it that much so it was easy). Exercise is definitely the way to go.

When you starve yourself, you generally lose more muscle than fat.

It's not just better for you to work out, but I'd say it's also faster.

Honestly, I eat whatever I want, but I'm down to 5.8% body fat because I go to the gym 5-6 times a week.

I have a freakish metabolism. I can pretty much eat what I want and not gain weight.

I don't really believe much in dieting. I think exercising is better.

Try this, Zad, drink soya for lunch, nothing else, no food at all. It's full of protein and keeps your stomach full. Then in the evening, work out. You'll see the the difference in your muscle's hardness in a few days. Swimming goes very well with the soya diet. My shoulders and neck is kinda stiff hard now since practising this for the past 2 weeks.

As for your dinner, don't eat anything too starchy. You Europeans can do it easily. Here we fucking live on rice!! Although how much I abstain from rice....once I pass a banana leaf restaurant....no need to explain.

Soya? Genetically-modified shite? :lame: I've tried the stuff before, horrible. I'm going with the 'cut-down-on-diary-meat-and-sugar' option atm, we'll see how it goes. I might even treat you all and post "before" and "after" pics of my manly gut.

Finally worked up the courage to watch that YouTube vid. :omfg: If I saw that... thing sliding across the floor towards me I'd run screaming. Christ.

Well I'm not sure how soya is produced over there, but we get bottled soya milk (from the beans) everywhere over here. Plus it's cheap. It's a favourite over here. Eating a lot of white meat can help. Especially fish, they aren't fatty. Oh, if you're interested in building your muscles, then you should jerk off an hour before you work out. The testosterones in your blood does wonders. Plus, white meat (fish, chicken etc) promotes sperm count. So the bottom line is, eat fish. Fish is GOOOOOOOD!
