Believe it or not I want to see him go up against Bobby Lashley not just because they are both former pro wrestlers but both are big and strong it would be the battle of who is the stronger badass.

I would also like to see him go up against Fedor that would be a badass fight itself.

Oh, get the fuck out. Lashley? Jesus.

It's already been confirmed by Dana White that the Carwin/Velazquez fight is a number one contender bout. White also says that he's going to try his hardest to get Fedor in for a Fedor/Lesnar fight. I'll believe that when I see it though, as Dana White wants a long term contract, and Fedor's group will only sign short-term deals.

As for Frank Mir, I feel he deserved everything Lesnar gave him, and more. Remember, Lesnar showed Captain America the utmost respect, as Randy didn't run his mouth like a schoolyard bully. Mir pushed Brock's buttons, and kept harping on his WWE career, completely losing sight of the fact that Brock was a Collegiate Wrestling Champion. The whole skit he did on the Spike preview show with him punching out a fat guy and saying "This ain't fake fighting Brock" was just as classless and disrespectful as anything Brock did after he pummeled him into oblivion.

Mir did, indeed underestimate the dude.
Funny how the two biggest trash talkers were put down the hardest.

Mir didn't underestimate him. Mir made a stupid mistake. He was clearly winning the stand-up game, as brief as it was, and Lesnar looked willing to trade. But then Mir got stupid and threw a knee, and Lesnar took him down. Who does that against a wrestler that big? Stupid move on his part.

I'd like to see if Lesnar can take a real punch. Mir stunned him for a second in the beginning of round two, but Mir isn't a big puncher; he's a submission guy. Someone that can crack, however, will pose a problem for Lesnar unless his chin is rock solid. Problem is, who's going to keep Lesnar from taking them down? Anyone looking to trade punches with Lesnar is going to have a hell of a time keeping him from shooting in. And if Lesnar gets on top and doesn't make a stupid mistake...well, name a fighter strong enough to keep him from pounding them out?

Honestly, as much as I'd love to see Fedor kick Lesnar's ass, as long as Dana takes potshots at Fedor claiming that he's all hype, past his prime as he stated half a year or so ago, and continues to generally be a little bitch I don't think the UFC will ever get Fedor to come in for a Lesnar fight. Dana's the biggest douche bag of life.

Anyways, I need to find a bar over here that's showing UFC 100 as I am a total GSP fangirl and have been waiting for this Alves fight for ages. Also very curious about Henderson/Bisping fight.

It was a mistake that he shouldn't have made, though.
He counted on Lesnar slipping up and opening himself up for another sub, and we all know Lesnar did not let that happen.
The knee strike was pretty good, but that was all he delivered.
I, too, want to see Lesnar's chin tested.
I think Carwin will give him a run for his money.

A funny comment from Randy Couture about Brock's antics in the cage:

http://mmamania.com/2009/07/15/randy-co ... tuning-in/

Quote:
“That’s not the kind of thing our sport is known for. Those kind of antics and those kind of comments. I know there’s a lot of people who are going to tune to see when he gets beat now. I got 10 texts that night watching the fight [saying] ‘what an idiot.’ We really don’t need to know that he’s getting on his wife that night. And I’m thinking what is that, a special occasion? You’re married to Sable, you think that would be happening all the time.”

It's his way of being "edgy".

Maybe Randy is a bitch for losing to Lesnar. You know he hadn't fought in a year, was completely outsized, and is 45 years old. That's why he is a bitch.

The only possible explanation that he can come up with (that I would consider accepting) is this:

Scopion King 2
