You know, that was actually pretty funny- its nice to see a candidate poke fun at herself. Hillary gets a bad rep because she possesses no charisma (opposite to Obama, whose speeches are pretty amazing), but there is some substance in her, which I do find to be lacking from a lot of Obama's speeches (we get it. You want change. What the fuck does that mean?). I'm hoping that whichever one loses will take the other as their vice president.

I actually disagree on this one. Both want to be president- no harm in that, and both have pretty equal support. If one were to say that he/she is willing to be the other's vice president, then they lose support, because a vote for one might as well just be a vote for the other. But yes- lets hope they are intelligent enough to unify the party by allowing the loser to be VP.

Meh, I think the two of them unified wouldn't do so badly, especially if they presented it as a partnership instead of Pres/V-P. They've definately lost face with all the attacks on each other...

Yep, there's no question that both have been very immature about it- its just such grade 6 behaviour. At least in the US, debates are moderated, whereas here in Canada, a debate is just a four way shouting match between four idiots.

And you bring up a very interesting idea.. a presidential partnership. Why does there only need to be one president? Why not two people in cooperation? Unfortunately, given the complete breakdown of any sense in the US electorate system (most notably, the two party system), I don't think we'll be getting any constitutional reforms soon.
