Indeed! The Champion's League ends tonight, with the final showdown in Paris, between FC Barcelona and Arsenal!

Image Vs Image

@ Stade de France, Paris - 19:45 GMT

Personally i'm rooting for Barcelona - they showed superior football throughout the competition, they eliminated Mourinho's Chelsea Shevchenko's AC Milan, and my club, SL Benfica.

after kicking large amounts of ass this season, showing they are the very best around, they simply deserve this title.

but no matter who wins, i'm sure it'll be a great match.

Barcelona deserves it the most but i'm afraid Arsenal will win, because they are way more focused on offense, and with Henry, they have a big chance of scoring early

That was a good game, but some suspect decisions by the ref. Good to see that the best team in the tournment won it the end

very nice game!

it could've been different had Lehmann not been sent off (you saw the 2nd Barça goal), but truth is Barcelona deserved to win.

Arsenal were also great, before suffering the first goal they were playing very well, especially considering their adversaries and the fact that they were a man down.

In honor of Barcelona i'm now listening to "we are the champions" in japanese. oh yeah.

Thumbs up for Arsenal, but the better team won.

6 years ago today Arsenal lost the UEFA cup angainst Galatasaray. Bad coincidence, eh?

2 of the best players in the world, face to face.

Eto'o after he scores the equaliser for Barcelona

Belletti, after he puts Barcelona ahead - in a few minutes they turn the game around

Congratulations to Barcelona!

EDIT - why the fuck won't the images work? if you copy paste them they're valid.

He must feel like total shit after that...

Beaten at his near post for the first as well. Tough shit for Arsenal, but they were lucky to even take the lead. The ref did indeed make a few odd decisions (Henry getting booked was mental!).

He should have given the goal rather then send Lehman off, it spoiled the whole complection of the game and meant that arsenal had a very though time to do anything against such a good passing team, everyone would have rather seen two teams of 11, would have made the game much better.

And what about the red card? I mean shouldn't he have left it for the advantage? I think that should've been counted as a goal.

yes, i think so too :x lame ref!!... anywho.. It was a shame he got the red card, cuz it ruined the flow of the game and the match itself :? .. or so i though, Arsenal actually did great even though they were one man short.

It wasn't the match i had hoped it to be (cuz Ronaldinho didn't score), but it was a bit exiting that Arsenal scored the "first" goal, and it wasn't untill the last few moments that Barcelona scored 2 goals that led to victory.

Henry claims he was being repeatedly kicked at on and off the ball, and that the referee did nothing about it. I don't know how true that is. It didn't really come across as worse than normal on TV.

I think he's just whining. Good game, not how I expected it to go at all!

I think he didn't validade Giuly's goal because he scored when the ref had already blown the whistle - if anything, he should've let the game go on and only then administer the booking.

Arsenal played very well, i'd like to see another match between the two teams.

Barcelona deserved to win after their brilliant campaign.
