Yeah. And was it me, or was the much-vaunted moment when lars yells 'FUCK!' at Hetfield actually pretty crap? It was more of a WHUMP! when he said he was acting like a dick.

Ah, famous people.

Eh. I admire Hetfield for not punching Lars in the FUUUUUUUCK! scene.

I wanted to see Hetfield doing more naughty drunk things than pouring a bit of beer over people. I mean, I'm more rock n'roll than that!

Going to watch The World's Fatest Indian later. I'll tell you how it was if I survive Anthony Hopkins doing twee.

I thoughtt hat movie was pretty good for a cheesy "make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside" movie.

Well, it was twee, and Anthony Hopkin's accent was more like Mr Jones from Dad's Army than a genuine Kiwi, but otherwise not bad.

the new Harry Potter. it was cool but as always it's damn near impossible to cram everything into a movie.

i also rented out Team America, which was quite a disappointment. some lol moments but i expected more from the guys behind South Park.

OMFG I couldn't agree more. The beginning was hilarious but when the puppets begin to have gay sex and poop on each other.....dude....they lost me! :omfg: I was like, we've lost our way haven't we?!

The Number 23

Pretty good. A bit standard psycho-thriller plot here and there, but overall a winner. Especially since I watched it today... the 23rd.

I think for team america its just that an hour and a half is a little too much of that kind of humour :O

The Number 23. 6/17

Weird, sort of Memento-ish but rather slow throughout.

Haven - Crap. Not nearly enough Bill Paxton, terribly convoluted plot. The one truly good moment was when some Jameerken gangsta threw acid in Orlando Bloom's face.

Accepted - Crap. 'Oh, we got rejected from every college we applied to because we're rubbish, so let's start a new college that'll let us be rubbish!'

Transformers. It was decent...the special effects were amazing, I have to give it that. 7/10

I didn't enjoy it as much as some other Ghibli productions since my expectations of anything coming out of Ghibli studios are huge. I honestly regard Ghibli studios as the best animation makers and one of the best movie makers in the world. It's not bad though, it's still an interesting movie. For me it's a strict 8/10 but I've given other Ghibli animations straight 10s in the past.

admittedly i'm not an anime fan at all, but half of the time i had no idea wtf was going on in Howl.

i watched the Simpsons movie last night and i have to say i really liked it. if you like the Simpsons i don't think you'll be disappointed (mind you, i watch them when i can, i'm not a hardcore fan).

I'm going to see the Simpsons movie in 3 hours and 50 minutes.

Man I haven't been this excited about going to the cinema for ages. Too bad it will probably be full of idiot children.
