lol.

Edit: Honestly, the books claim that "to determine what is right and what is wrong without God, is difficult" is bullshit if you've ever taken a basic ethics 101 course. Then bashing the relationship between the cult of personality and atheism in the U.S.S.R. is just weak in general but whatever. When taking that as your case study for atheists you're just doing it wrong. He basically fails to address his brother's arguments besides saying 'he must be lashing out because he knows he truly is mistaken', kinda saying he yells loudly because he's full of shit.

I'm barely a quarter of the way through, so I can't really discuss much. Have you read it?

Oh, that is a travesty. The class should have to wait.

Haruki Murakami's "Dance Dance Dance". the first chapter would turn most people off from the book, but the next one gets it going. just started it, then, and decided to take it with me on my trip.

Julian is fucking awesome if you're just mildly into Roman history. Myra and Myron Beckenridge are alright but nothing amazing.

Many people at my bookstore have compared it to Dan Brown. For some, this is good. For me, not so much.

I shouldn't be a snob though. My parents like stuff like Dan Brown, because they don't have time for those Karamazov brothers.

Yeah, I'm really just looking for some pleasure reading. I read a lot of "literature" and I'm going on vacation, so I'm looking for something I can just kick back and enjoy...
