I enjoyed Twilight Princess aboust as much as I enjoyed Ocarina of Time.

I'd be inclined to say Prime, though. I dunno. Get both.

Thanks, I think I'll start with Twilight Princess, then later get Prime.

Are we talking the GC version? I hope so. I'll have none of this right-handed Link garbage.

GC version?

The game was released for both Gamecube and Wii. Link is traditionally left handed; but because most people use the Wii remote with their right hand, Nintendo mirrored the Wii game, meaning that east/west are reversed and Link is right handed. Some purists think that this actually makes a difference; personally, I played the Gamecube version first and the Wii version later, and the Wii version hands down wins.

Don't listen to him. Though it is an easy game (nowhere near as easy as Wind Waker, though), TP has a great quest with the best dungeon design in any Zelda game, a well done combat system, and some damn fun items. Whether you get Prime first or whatever (Prime 3 is a great game), you should still check out TP at some point.

And for all Wii owners looking for a good FP shooter: Next week The Conduit comes out! Boo ya!

Dungeon Design award goes to Majora's Mask for the console zeldas, to my mind.

Really, TP was just too easy to be any fun.

Majora's Mask is my favorite game, for sure. The dungeon design was the best Zelda's ever been. Flipping the Stone Tower Temple upside down is hands down the coolest dungeon mechanic ever.

So I'm buying a PS3. I hope to have one before mid-July. I am currently bidding on some on eBay, if I do not win then I will take my next pay and get a brand new one in stores.

Yes, I am joining the darkside...

Cool to see another fan of Timesplitters,Future Perfect is so completely awesome. To bad Lucas Arts f'd em' over and killed the company when they were making SW:Battlefront 3.

Welcome to the Darkside friend, there is much fun to be had. What games are you planning to get?Not that you asked but I'd recommend Uncharted,Infamous,Ratchet & Clank Future(if you're a platforming fan as I am,its great alot of action),Motorstorm:PR,Valkyria Chronicles,Red Faction if you haven't got it for your 360,Metal Gear Solid 4,Batman:AA when it ships with exclusive Joker parts,Dirt 2(i luv the first),check out Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 both are alright but not superb imho,LittleBigPlanet etc.Have fun dude! Its great being able to download more than one thing at once, and the themes are quite attractive...... :dio:

True enough- Stone Temple Tower really is the best Zelda dungeon. Still, TP did have damn good dungeons too- Arbiter's Grounds, the Yeti mansion, the City in the Sky...

Gears of War 2 immediately comes to mind.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance (not split screen) is cool too.

EDIT: Halo 3 also

Just started Lost Odyssey. Seems like it's gonna be a long fucking game with its four discs and all. The beginning was really slow, but the pace was turned up a little after some hours.

Ahhh, Thomas my friend, you are in for a epic journey, Lost Odyssey is one of my favorite games on the 360 and as well as one of my all time favorite RPG's. I thought the whole game was an emotional rollercoaster journey which isn't afraid to tug at your heartstrings, not many games have made me cry but this one of them, i won't spoil anything for you but some of the scenes in this game is fucking brutal when it comes to emotional stuff, oh and it has the most epic intro of any game i've ever seen. The combat system is pretty good too :dio:

Sounds good... But isn't it like exactly the same as Final Fantasy?

This is the reason why I hate these damn games.

I decided to not but one online. Instead, I will buy one in stores at a EB or GameStop, that way I can trade some of my older stuff and get a game or two with it.

Games that I will be looking at:
Resistence 2
Killzone 2
Uncharted 2
Infamous
and whatever else big games are coming out this holiday season.

So IGN gave The Conduit an 8.6...

If I had WiiSpeak and an extra $60, I'd seriously think about getting it. Unfortunately, the game seems to be nothing new. A game that I'd play, beat, mess around online with, but then ultimately come back to CoD4 or CoD:WaW.
