Hey, Stefan was picking fights. I was trying to have a conversation with Misha, he had to be a dick. On another messageboard he'd be banned by now.

That is incorrect. Completely, 100% incorrect. Was I picking a fight in this thread?

maybe not in this one, i haven't really been following this one, but in numerous other threads. and if not picking a fight, you certainly didn't do much to stop it.

It's all obvious for me. Stefan just said Ken's remark was rather dumb, which it was, there's no sense in denying that Ken was trying to start arguing. Stefan didn't, Ken started calling him names. When Ken isn't making a scene, I can get along with him well, otherwise, I think Ken should take a good look in the mirror to see who is really the problem.

Sure I did. I could have locked the threads, that would have stopped it, but instead I chose to prove those accusing me of starting the fight wrong. After that there were a few "I give up trying to reason with you/I'm taking the high road" replies, but in the end it stopped.

I think blindly defending your friend is pretty dumb. How was I trying to start arguing with this reply?

Why not just buy (or download) Fruity Loops?

Hey, maybe my assumption that you just wanted to make beats and loops was off, but how is that starting a fight? You've never mentioned being musical in the past, so I made an assumption based off of what sort of music you've recently been posting all over the board and reviewing and assumed you just wanted to do that sort of thing.

The simple response would have been for you, not someone else, to simply elaborate and say that you were, in fact, interested in learning to play the drums. But instead I got this (from someone that wasn't you):

Not a bad response at all, so I respond this:

If he's wanting to genuinely learn to play the drums, then a kit is the way to go, of course. But if he just wants to make beats and loops and electronic noises like the music he's listening to now then Fruity Loops is the better choice, or something similar.

And there it begins, though the smileys are in place, the condescending sarcasm is too evident for the smileys to mean anything. Like I said after, his words belied the smileys. I called him an old man, sure, but he already called me silly. Touché.

I'm not concerned with what I said after this. The fact remains that Stefan, your friend, started this fight. That is a fact.

Well, at least Ken did a great job here, it was really convincing how he prooved himself right, like he always does. I'm also glad that "fucktard" Stefan finally got so fucking irritated by Ken that he left this board. Just looking at how many people here have problems with Stefan should tell you enough, everybody loves Ken though... We should all thank Ken, for getting rid of Stefan! Oh, and bow down to him, he likes that.

Deleting every reply Stefan made here and replacing it with that kind of image was very immature. On any other board, you would have had your moderating powers removed for that. I'm not taking sides as it is unclear to me who cast the first stone (I don't care, and neither should anyone) but deleting his replies is utterly lame.

The response of someone who's been proven wrong. I'm not concerned with whether or not Stefan has left the board. You can't pick fights with people and then cry foul. Sorry. That's not how life works. And yeah, I called him a fucktard. He was being one.

I admit it was image was "kind of" immature, but deleting his replies was not out of line. The second I edited his replies I made it known to others. Silence speaks louder than words.

Ken, you went too far with that image. I think you used your moderator powers unjustly. What did that accomplish? Are you happy with the results?

Considering the last line in that image was completely retarded it should be clear that it was partially in jest. Secondly every reply that I edited has been quoted so none of his words except for his very last post was wiped from the board. Thirdly, if I wanted to have Stefan banned it would have been justified. He was picking fights and that is how he operates. You'll notice that all of the arguments with Stefan have been when HE stuck his nose into something that didn't involve him in the first place. Yet he's not trolling the board looking to pick fights with me, right?

I'm not gonna deny what I see, you have shown a pretty good example there. Stefan was wrong at that point. However, this is only one example which is from a lot of time ago. I do not think that Stefan is constantly trolling or trying to pick fights with you all the time. I didn't notice anything like that. I think, Stefan was a useful addition to this board, he had a lot of knowledge about music that I used and intended on using even more, and everyobdy loves him so he will be missed. I'm not sure if he's certainly not coming back or he's only pissed so he will take a break. If it's the former than I think you have caused a great loss to this board by your immature behavior.

I'm not willing to start a fight about this. I'm not saying that you are wrong to use moderation in this incident, I'm just saying that the damage is too big and Stefan should come back.
