It's fucking amazing. The storyline is really, really awesome. I wish they'd make a Starcraft movie instead of a Warcraft one.

Agreed, it's really awesome but the characters could not be any more clichéd.

That was one of my first thoughts playing the game. It's hard to care about cliched characters. I'm glad someone is making strategy games with awesome stories though.

I didn't mind it so much at first but just yesterday I got to the part where you meet Arcturus' son and it was an instant facepalm for me.

Got me some 3rd party top loader NES off ebay the other day and have been playing StarTropics, Dragon Warrior, Batman, and Little Nemo Dream Master.. NES was awesome.

Also bidding on Silent Hill, Clock Tower 2, and Parasite Eve for PS1 currently.. Must at least win Parasite Eve..

StarTropics is the fuckin' shit. Really underrated game.

I recently torrented every NES and SNES game. Any of the Japanese non-RPG stuff any good? I know about the sequels to Legend of the Mystical Ninja already. Stuff like that. I'm working on the 5GB Mame torrent too. I can't wait for that to finish.

we've been playing Pro Evo 2009 on the PS2 (i for one fucking hate what they did with the game in the PS3), and i have to say... Sony's controllers FUCKING SUCK! the analogue stick is like 2 or 3 different pieces and breaks apart easily and the buttons inevitably stop working at some point. "but azrael you are very aggressive with the controller!" FUCK YOU, i mistreated my SNES, N64 and Gamecube controllers and they're all alive and well, unlike my cousin's 2 Sony controllers are now little more than trash.

not to mention that most of my friends have had to buy a second PS2 (fortunately under warranty)! seriously, such poor construction.

Agreed. Discovered it through roms years ago and finally found a real copy a few months ago and for some reason im having waaayyy more fun with the real copy. The story keeps making me laugh and i can't tell if its entirely intentional. Still great though.. gonna go play some now actually. On a quest to find Dr.J! There needs to be a power metal song about this game lol.

Finished Assassins Creed 2. Loved it. A big improvement over the first one.


Now Starcraft 2. Only a few missions in and I'm already hooked. I was crazy about the first one, played it non stop for months and occasionally for a few years after that. This one was certainly worth the wait. I'm glad they stayed true to the original, and improved it significantly. Wouldn't expect no less from blizzard.

Ha yeah I know. Jus go back a few pages and you'll see me bitching about how much the ps3 sucks, but I wanted a blu-ray player and there is a few decent looking games making their way to Sony over the next year.

Still working on the campaign, which is getting a bit unstable (the game freezes after each mission, so I have to ctrl+alt+del and restart the game to continue to the next cutscene/mission), so I don't know how that will work out in multiplayer. I started playing SC1 again with a friend from way back, though. You're welcome there, too.

ordered some PS3 games online, as I am not a big Madden fan and I feel Little Big Planet wll lose its charm pretty quick.
