There's something satisfying about taking a shitty-looking Wikipedia page and making it presentable.

I should try this with homeless people.

So my brother got drunk and used my mobile, the next thing I know the Welsh police are leaving messages warning me to stop making "nuisance phone calls". Not going to do anything unless they call back, but this is a bit ridiculous. Don't they have any runaway sheep to catch or something?

Look at Zad thinking if he makes this post Mintrude will go "ooooh, it was Zad's brother who phoned me ten times drunk and crying last night....what a hilarious misunderstanding."

You're living a lie, mate! Have a good look at yourself.

Yeah, because the opinion of some fat twat who runs an internet dating website matters more than anything. Besides, Torygraph.

Dear Mr Day

Thank you for your recent e-mail received on 09/11/2009 09.45 PM.

I regret to inform you that, the Sony NWZ-A818 is a product that has never been supported for use in 64bit operating systems.

I apologise for any disappointment.

Yours sincerely

Motherfuckers. I was using it fine back on Vista 64, but you can't write the bit of software necessary for it not to crash Windows 7 64? Support your own products, why don't you? Grrr.

Found this fascinating:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/2009/no ... ith-review

Quote:

That is so fucking true, for me at leasr, review-wise. If the words are flowing the review is much better than if I'm struggling, and it can be quite depressing when the block comes.

I like how the article has to use words like inhale or devour to make books and movies seem exciting. Also I find not taking the writing seriously is the best way to make it more fluid. Dunno if it makes it better though.

Alas, the latter is something I'll never conquer. Such is the way of a hack like myself.
