Yep, those are table top wargames or board games. I'm a bit old school. In fact the only electronic games I have are on the reissued Sega Megadrive (Genesis for you Yanks).

I've wanted to get Chaos in the Old World for such a long time, but have always ended up buying something else. Seems like I won't be buying it next time either since I'm really looking forward to playing Arkham Horror.

Arkham Horror is excellent. Amazing numbers of expansions too!

If that's what it takes to make the perfect closer to the trilogy, then alright. There's Skyrim coming out in Novembre, so it's not as if my rpg cravings won't be sated.

I am teaching my wife how to play Sindel, and am starting to regret it. Sindel combo's like a bitch.

Haven't actually used her yet. Johnny Cage can rack them up pretty easily as well though his lack of a teleport move can hurt at times.

Yeah teleporting seems to be a big part of the game. Sektor, C-Subzero, Cyrax, Scorpion, and more have that ability. I do like that if you anticipate it and guard it, it generally leaves them vulnerable, like Scorpian doing like 3 flips after being blocked. Cages shadow kick is a great counter to it, if you are quick enough.

Quan Chi's X-ray attack is by far the best in the game. Where he makes you beat the shit out of yourself, made me think of Fight Club.

His is pretty gruesome ha ha. Kano's isn't too bad either as it's a bit different.
