MW3 will probably fail quite hard. The trailer is nothing but yawn-inducing. By comparison Battlefield 3 looks much much better so far.

Never liked Battlefield, but I will still give 3 a shot. As for MW3, I think it looks great. Going back to CoD4 style, back when the series had balls. Gun vs. Gun, not my attack dogs vs your air strike then my rc car vs your 7 different helicopters. No more last stand, no more commando, explosives have been weekened. I'm pumped.

Games are overrated anyway. Three weeks ago I was eager to play Skyrim (as you MAY all have noticed.. :p), and now I don't give a damn. I couldn't care less if the game was postponed, or even cancelled.

Advance Wars 2 you say? Black Hole Rising? Awesome one, yes. Dual Strike (NDS) is also very good. The last one is crap, though.

Mass Effect 2, took me long enough to try it but I'm happy that I did because it obviously is a great game.

I don't know, I've read stories of people who tried a demo or something and they were getting owned all over the place by streak rewards.

Also, Frostbite 2.0. Destructible environments are what makes Battlefield so cool these days.

Bought Far Cry on sale from Steam for $2.50 last week but it absolutely refuses to load... Anyone have any idea on how to fix that?

The first one? Needed a host of measures here IIRC, from patches to running in XP mode. Can't remember what I did exactly, tbh... try googling for solutions.

so i downloaded Dual Strike and an emulator, the emulator that loads the game properly has no explanation whatsoever of the keys, and the game that loads properly is in italian. so, no.

Sounds like a terrible emulator. It shouldn't be harder than checking the control scheme in the properties.
