This made me lol:

Eddie Murphy is set to play The Riddler in the new Batman film.

The 47-year-old Beverly Hills Cop star has been signed up by director Christopher Nolan to reprise Jim Carrey's role in the 1995 film batman Forever, The Sun reports.

A film insider said: "Chris wasn't sure if he wanted to do another movie but as soon as he decided to, he got the wheels in motion.

"Eddie's a fantastic addition. Everyone's excited to see what he does as the Riddler."

Johnny Depp had previously been linked to the part of The Riddler.

The film, set for release in 2010 is being produced under the working title Gotham and will see Christian Bale return as the caped crusader Bruce Wayne and Sir Michael Caine once again play his butler Alfred.

Rachel Weisz is thought to be taking on the role of Catwoman and 22-year-old Transformers star Shia Labeouf has already been signed up to play Batman's sidekick Robin.

Insiders claim the film will end on a cliff-hanger over whether Batman survives an explosion at his mansion Wayne Towers.

British director Nolan had been keeping a tight lid on the future of the Batman films following Heath Ledger's tragic death in January. The late actor is now tipped to receive a posthumous Oscar for his role as The Joker in Batman Returns at 2009's Academy Awards.

At first I was like    but then I saw:

There's no question that they're making another one... But since Nolan is actually an artsy director, I don't think it's too far fetched to think that he wanted TDK to be his last one. IMO, I think TDK wraps things up quite nicely, and if Nolan doesn't want to do a third one, I'd be happy if it didn't happen- but of course, it will, no matter what.

My wife and I rented The Dark Knight today and we just finished watching it. TDK is by far the greatest Batman film ever made. Ledger's performance as The Joker is incredible. He vanished into the role entirely. The explanation and creation of Two-Face was perfect as well.

Coolest effect: The Bat has sonar.

I have been eager to see this film due in large part to how they wrote The Joker's role. They nailed it. He's supposed to be exactly what he was in the film, just a psychotic murdering ball of anarchy.

My one regret is that it took me so long to finally see it.

You just saw it, i've seen it 4 times now. Who knows how many times after the holidays...

Death Race (new one) a few cool kills and things like that, but nothing special. I will probably never watch it again.

Hell Ride - haven't finished it yet, but from what i have seen I really like it. It's not a Quentin Tarantino movie, but he is the executive producer and it definitely fits his style. I can't wait to finish it.

Working Class Rock Star looks interesting

Miranda and Miranda - i liked the same story told once as comedy and once as drama idea, but it didn't really capitalize on it and Woody Allen seemed like he was hardly trying with the script. was entertaining and made me laugh a couple of times.

Transsiberian - awesome. i loved the tension that got built up from being on a train in a foreign country. Emily Mortimer was amazing, especially the scenes where she's trying to get rid of the drugs. deserves an oscar nomination imo.

Yes Man

Decently good, with quite a few funny parts. Good acting from Jim Carrey and the girl from Elf and Failure to Launch really makes it--it could've been pretty mediocre without Carrey.

Finishded Hell Ride - starts off so well, then drops off but then picks up at the end. 6/10

Started Hancock - pretty funny, the cgi is pretty bad at times (just like I am Legend, hmmmmmm) overall its pretty good so far, I cant wait to see what the deal with the dudes wife is and her connection to Hancock.

Burn After Reading - good, but not as good as it could've been. i'm glad i read some reviews or else my expectations would have been way too high.

Isn't it practically the same plot as Liar Liar?

The twist in Hancock totally ruin what is a decent premise. From there them film just snowballs downward.

Yeah. The first part was good but the second was nonsensical rubbish, and that's without the incest.
