Started Hancock - pretty funny, the cgi is pretty bad at times (just like I am Legend, hmmmmmm) overall its pretty good so far, I cant wait to see what the deal with the dudes wife is and her connection to Hancock.

The twist in Hancock totally ruin what is a decent premise. From there them film just snowballs downward.

Yeah. The first part was good but the second was nonsensical rubbish, and that's without the incest.

+1

Thanks for ruining it Zad/Tea/Goat. Incest? That sounds like the little town where I grew up. Anyway, I'll finish it tonight probably and post my thoughts.

Finished Hancock - meh, you guys were right, it drops off at the end. id still give it a 7/10 though

Zombie Strippers - the name pretty much tells you what this movie will be like and how good it is. I think it was suppose to be a porno that they maybe converted into a real movie, thats just me though

PS - Tito Ortiz is a bitch

Planet of the Apes--9.5/10, damn good movie. One of the best endings to a film ever. People must have gone apeshit when this first came out.

haha. get it. apeshit...

Lonesome Jim - cute movie that made me laugh a lot because of how depressed all the characters are

Excellent film, good work!

Haven't seen it yet, but the remake (Quarantine) was a proper good zombie film. No serious attempts to explain anything, no "well that wraps that up" ending, just some nice zombie carnage.

That movie was really dull. It wanted to be like Sideways yet it failed to have the same charm. Probably because of Ellen Page and Sarah Jessica Parker being so fucking annoying.

Wanted - 1/10 Terrible film. Also featuring the middle of the movie twist like Hancock. TWISTS DO NOT HAPPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FILM.

Seven - Excellent 8.5/10

Kung Fu Panda - Meh, ok for a kids movie. 6/10

Spanish Prisoner - not so good. the twist towards the middle got me, but then i was waiting for them to tell me what was going on faster than they actually did. also the main actor guy was really crappy.

Wag the Dog - pretty fun movie that takes a shot at media being controlled and stuff.

Yeah pretty lame movie but dammit Ellen Page is girlfriend material! 1987 for the winz.

Come on dude, the story is secondary to all the fun and hectic action going on. Some scenes were staggering, especially the one with the flipping and flying car (upside down kill). I laughed my ass off

I like the this one, but can't really see the big deal with the second movie.

Last movies I watched were:
Arn 2. Swedish movie. Absolutely dreadful. Don't bother.
12 Angry Men. First time I saw it and what a great movie it is. I love the way everyone talks, "you can't talk to me like that", "why you little", "hey what's the matter with you!".
The Nightmare Before Christmas. My fav christmas movie. I love every second of it.

The Horse Whisperer. Not much to say except that I really like this movie.

I thought it was pretty decent. I was not hoping for a sideways, and I ended up thinking it was great. I also like Ellen Page, I think she is an "up and coming" that will make some very unique, well acted movies.

Evil Dead 2: Dead By Dawn

Great, though I didn't like it as much as the first. Some damn trippy scenes. I mean, a headless, half rotted, naked corpse dancing to a piano tune, then later attacking Ash with a chainsaw only to have it flipped over and cut her/it down the middle of the neck, spraying blood everywhere. wtf?

Laughing scene was awesome :dio:

This was the first one I saw and I loved it. I loved the campiness, the humor and the standard psychedelic scenes. I didn't like the first one because it lacked all those things. It was just four friends in a haunted cabin. Albeit one of the first of many, it just wasn't as interesting as compared to the hand fight scene, the laughing moose and the chainsaw badass-ness. If you haven't seen Army of Darkness yet I recommend it. It takes the ridiculousness one step further.

The Horse Whisperer - I really like this movie. I may even read the book sometime. Scarlett Johannson, in particular, plays the whole pissed-off preteen girl role very well.

I got Spiderman 2 for Christmas, and I'll probably watch it this weekend.
