I never had issues with Winter Is Coming, I kind of liked him, though he was a dick at times for the simple sake of being a dick. And TIE? He never left. As for Valefor, the dude was a prick, let's be honest, he was and the board is better off without him.

This has certainly caused a drop in actual music discussion. No offense to the young people, but young music fans generally care less about bands these days simply because their options are endless!! You can download anything you want at any time of day! This new era of fans do hit-and-run listens. They hear about a band, download it, give it some listens, declare is good or bad, and then they move on to the next band. That's why the discussion of music is minimal and vague, these fans just don't know the music. They don't fall in love with it, listen to it over and over and over again like some of us did. It doesn't sink in the same way.
They're missing out, too.

Yeah, it's cool to go off topic, but when it immediately goes off topic that's kind of annoying. Once a topic is "talked out" then going off topic is cooler, but instantly talking about the different ways to say "shit" in different languages is annoying.
Leee is much more of a prick than Valefor ever was. I agree about the music though, there's so much good stuff out there, and I have so little money, that a lot of good stuff falls by the wayside.
And agreed about the last bit. Things can get OTT...
