if u guys happen to have a booted (or bootcd, like me) ps1 or ps2 you can dload the games from this page for free:
http://www.emuparadise.org/roms/psx/#
including chrono trigger/cross, all ff, Xenogears, Grandia, Tales of Destiny I & II, Dragon Warrior VII, Suikoden I & II, Valkyrie Profile, Vagrant Story, Star Ocean etc etc. Some of the games didn't work probably on my ps1 though. Metal Slug X didn't work f.ex. Dunno if the ff games and some of the other rpgs work since i already have the origianals, but i guess they do. At least Valkyrie Profile and Suikoden II worked just fine.

I tried that and it didn't work...are they ROMS that you can run through an emulator?

hmm... well.. when i press the link my explore fuck up and no games are shown at all... However, if you shut down the advertisement by pressing the "Skip this ad" in the upper left corner they will show up. If not you can try to go the main page http://www.emuparadise.org/ and then type in the password that is given to you fairly easy.
I haven't tried to run them through an emulator, and i don't know if the psx emulators can run them directly from the hard disc like Snes Roms. When u have dloaded all the files for the game, u will get 4 files when you unzip the rarfiles, and u need a certain program to burn them to a cd.. a normal cd-burner program won't do it alone. You can get a free trial of this program, clode-cd, here http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneDVD.exe which will make burning very easy. This program can also duplicate playstation games by making them into iso's, again, a normal cd-burner program can't do that. If u wish, you can PM me, and i'll send a program to you that doesn't require any money that will do the trick. But u can do that after using the trial version of Clone-Cd, i think the trial is 7 days

Okami for PS2

Proof that Next-Gen can go fuck itself for awhile longer.. One of the best, most original games I have ever played. Its obvious it borrows alot from Zelda, but it expands on everything with totally new ideas.

Guitar Hero II Demo

Looking forward to the actual version of this game...it looks to have some really solid stuff on the tracklist--Lamb of God, Rush, Primus, Avenged Sevenfold, Black Sabbath, and others. Yeah, I know it's not exactly "end-all" but I think it's a solid tracklist compared to the crap it could be. I dunno, we'll see if this one is as good as the first one was. Playing bass parts looks like it will be fun...

Trying to find some Zeldato play until Twilight Princess comes out on Gamecube; unfortunately, my friend has had my N64 for a longass time and so I can't replay Ocarina. So it'll have to be Wind Waker.

I cant wait till November 19th (maybe a few days after in case its hard to come by). I'll be a proud owner of the Wii and the new Zeldaaaa. And possibly Wind Waker (I played it a long time ago, thought it a little boring, but if I can find it cheap I wanna get some games I missed out on with the GC).

Anyways, gaming right now: Loco Roco and Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee for PSP. I still cant understand why people say PSP doesnt have good games, I swear only people who dont have one says that as it has a ton of awesome games.

Ya, I really wish I had got that.. Perhaps I'll check out some second hand stores around.

I doubt it.

The character system seems identical to the one in NWN, which is very flawed. Hopefully they'll use a better type of engine than they used in NWN, I hated crawling through those boring dungeons, they were all the same, just with the traps and chests moved around a bit. Oh, and everything was aligned to invisible grids, this made it easy to make custom modules, but it also made the game really ugly and stale.

If they fix that shit and make a storyline that isn't total crap, then it'll be a good game, and if they make it feel more like an adventure and give it some roleplay-feeling, then it'll be a great game like Baldurs Gate.

Just because they give you more dialogue options, and the ability to choose who you want to fight for doesn't mean that it'll feel more like a roleplaying game. The thing I loved about Baldurs Gate was exploring unique dungeons and forests and running into people in need of help, crazy ogre mages, talking chicken and that kind of stuff.
