X-2:Wolverine's Revenge. Some control issues, but the game is pretty fun. I bought it for $5 bucks.

ahh a fellow hockey fan!

I take it you like the Montreal Canadiens?

You like that game on Saturday? GO LEAFS GO!

not really a habs fan, I basically watch them because thats what gets broadcasted. I was a huge Nordiques fan which changed to being a colorado fan when they moved there. Other than that teams I really like Edmonton and Ottawa. I'll basically follow most canadien teams ;)

And for the record habs can play a whole lot better than last saturday...

Well the Leafs kick ass (not really), and they play tonight against the Tampa Bay Lightning. And yes Sundin is awesome, great team leader. Always liked him, he's much better then Alfy but just can't seem to get those good players to play with. But Tucker and Wellwood are both having a break out season.

Yeah Tucker is having a great season (so far) but it sounds like he wont be a Leaf come the end of this season.

Anyways Leafs won tonight! Right on, beating the Tampa Bay Lighting 4-2! :omfg: :D

Currently (still playing) NHL 2K7, just lost a horrid game against the Detroit Red Wings final score 7-2. Right now I am losing 1-0 in the 2nd period to the Lightning.

Just got Final Fantasy XII (by mail order of course :D ). What can I say... Best Final Fantasy ever! The graphics are incredible. Voice acting is MUCH better than FFX and FFX-2. And what's important: no more frickin' love story!! I just hated that in the previous games. Now the plot is more darker and complex and has some depth to it.

Only downside is the soundtrack. Not one song really hits and stays in your head but it still is quite enjoyable.

The new battle system has caused some conversation between fans but I really enjoyded it. No more random battles!!

Overall a perfect addition to a perfect RPG series.

Fuck.. I'm done Wind Waker, and now have nothing to tide me over until Twilight Princess comes out for Gamecube, since my bastard friend has my N64. Maybe Link to the Past shall work.

I loved the battle system when I played the demo that came with Dragon Quest 8.. I plan on buying FF12 once I beat Okami (on hour number 43.. long ass adventure game) This is the first time Ive been excited for a FF title since 9.. Which was the best FF game for PS1 IMO.

can't wait till i get my hands on FFXII :D

even though i'm not a fan of the post-ff9 games i still think this will kick ass, now that they have improved the spoken dialogue, which sucked in FFX and also a "main-character" with a voice of his own instead of the silent Tidus. Not only that, but also the new battle system, the improved grade of difficulty and a style, in terms of clothes and architecture, that is more influenced by europe than before.

however, i'll still miss the old worldmap and i think it's a shame that the characters don't have each they own license board with different skills etc on them

but. FFXII seems to split fans in two camps, either you absolutely love it or hate it according to the reviews, which are either 10 or 3-7. :D hopefully i will belong in the 10-camp

You'll love it, trust me :) The game is just damn good.

I've never before been amazed so many times while playing a video game as I have now. The visuals just blow your mind away.

30 hours on the clock and not one single boring moment so far.

I think there's no way that you'll be disappointed with it, but we'll see.. :D

Yeah I have a mod chip on my PS2. Cost me 129 € at a local game store to install it, but was well worth it.

I really don't know why some games come to Europe almost six months after the US release. I just can't wait that long, especially with FFXII which I just had to order from US. And the US version are faster and they don't have those huge black boulders that flatten the screen.

Next I'll be ordering Xenosaga Episode III, Grandia III and Valkyrie Profile 2

they assume we have better stuff to do than play video games. Namely, criticize americans and japanese who are always playing video games
