He'd gotten tired of comparing HRH Elizabeth II to things, so went for the only other Brit to penetrate the Aussie psyche in recent years. What with Clarkson having insulted him in that press conference and all.

Actually old Woodsie has been a non-entity here in Australia. Last British PM we even took notice of was Tony Blair, cause we were in that same leaky boat called "Afghanistan-Iraq" together with glorious captain George Dubya Bush.

The only Poms to have penetrated the Aussie psyche in recent years have been the English Cricket team, and whichever one of Princess Di's kids is getting married.

Hike Camelback mountain, walk around downtown Scottsdale, go to a Phoenix Suns game, hit up some good restaurants--La Grande Orange, Delux Burger, Frank & Lupe's, Joe's Pizza are some of my faves, all in the Scottsdale area. If you like golf, there's a ton of good golf courses in town. There's not a shitload to do, but you can manage.
