Hostel: almost too stupid for words, but some nice horrific injuries.

Plus there was this hella good song on the soundtrack called Pravda Vitazi by some Slovakian band called Tublatanka. Does anyone know anything about them?

What is that?

You know what Alien 3 is right? Its just like a Director's Cut except in this case the director (Fincher) has disowned the film, so it was left to other crew/studio members to put a different cut together.

The tunnel chase sequence is still endless and confusing and the rod puppet effects are as bad as ever, but overall its a very satisfying film.

Right. I have some cut thats much longer that i got in that huuuuge box set. Is that it? Alien 3 is cool but i reckon one and two are much better.

Yeah that's the one. I actually really like the film now after spending several years bitterly resenting its very existence. Its actually quite a nice Tragedy in the form of a scifi horror.

I watched a film yesterday.. it starred Brad Pitt and Sidney Poitier and a bunch of other movie stars. nothing really happened, I think they all lived in a hotel and it was a pointless comedy.

but it was a dream. i'd love to know what events subconsciously triggered THAT one.

I dont find anything wrong with it at all. Its not anything special, just a decent action film, and i dont love it, but i wouldnt regret watching it every now and then. At least it didnt try to copy the other movies too much.

Thats why i like the series - Every movie is a kinda different style.

Funny, I dreamt a movie too, only it was far greater and thrilling. Modern spaceships and aliens and saving rambo-aliens with ninja moves and more great shit! :D Seriously, normally I would changed my dream and make it a more erotic one (I have the power to manipulate my dreams, since I usually know I'm dreaming), but this one was way cool!!!
