I have 2 fully leveled up kotr's, three maxed out final attacks and phoenixs, The three dudes im using on level 99, as well as a few maxed out w-summon and w-items, some maxed out copycats, and i beat ruby and emerald weapons, so i have the three materia's that hold all the magic, all the summons and all the commands respectively. (Plus these materia have no effect on ur stats!)

ah... without reading your post, that was actually what i did yesterday ... But actually, i did level my KoTR up to third level, but never got to use them. I used three mimes, a w-summon and KoTR linked to hp-absorb, plus some magic+, hp+ and some mp+ just in case. So... i beat the crap out of Emerald Weapon no problem at all, Cloud and Berret only managed to "cast" the two KoTR twice before the battle was over, meaning the battle only took two rounds, and Emerald never had the chance to kill me once. So i actually wasted my time getting the Final Attack support materia.

other than that, my cloud is a killing machine, with 4xCut, Cover100%, six counterattacks, ultima weapon and level 83, meaning whenever somebody attacks he takes the damage and slashes the enemies 6 times dealing 9999 of damage each time. Sure i could make a counterattack with KoRT, but that would take too long.

Only played the game for 41 hours total

next time, i won't do this, cuz it makes the final battle kinda boring. I didn't use KoRT or any other summon, nor the 4xCut in the final battle, of course, else it would have been won i a minute.



don't worry, u didn't... i have read all there is to read about FF7 several times since i got the game 7 years ago. But it's the first time i actually did beat Ruby and Emerald and got the master materia.

I remember fighting with Ruby for the first time and in the middle of the battle cloud sudenly got Lucky 7s, i nailed that bastard hard.

ah.. never tried the lucky 7s thingy... What happens? It gotta do some damage if u managed to kill ruby... is it more devestating than Cloud's 4. limit break?

Nah, lucky 7s just gets 7777 damage down. Its got nothing on Knights of the Round hooked up to heal and counterattack, or Cloud's 4th limit break.

But it does help when youre a newb(it was the first time i played) and you hadnt leveled up properly, or got the 4th limit break, and it was really cool because i did it unintentionally and it happened in the best moment possible.

playing guitar hero II at the gamesarena...

Pros:
It's a lot harder, all the n00bs who don't know how to play guitar cry when they can't get through difficult.
The multiplayer kicks ass
There's a norwegian black metaller as one of the new characters
Two cool bonus tracks, The Light That Blinds by Shadows Fall and Thunderhorse by Dethklok.
Cons:
-The song selection fucking sucks. It's full of crappy alt rock shit
and the only good songs in the whole repertoire are:
War Pigs
Hangar 18
Sweet Child O'Mine
Something by Anthrax, can't remember...
The Light That Blinds
Thunderhorse
and those are all towards the end, so you have to wade through a bunch of shit in the career mode to unlock the good songs, I'm stuck on Freya by The Sword in expert level (AAARGH).
-Only two good bonus tracks

I cant remember how i did it, but my characters did die and revive themselves quite a bit lol

I htink i used hero drinks + kotr then mimiced and then used omnislash. then i put it away after 5 minutes of mucking about with the master materia lol. There was no challenge left!

I love Guitar Hero. Such a great game. I am nothing special, but I can hold my own. You forgot the Crue song, I think it's Helter Skelter?

I really like "Arterial Black" - Drist†
and "Six" - All That Remains, The X-Stream" - Voivod, "Beast and the Harlot" - Avenged Sevenfold,"YYZ" - Rush (Encore), # "Sweet Child O' Mine" - Guns N' Roses (Encore), "Killing in the Name" - Rage Against the Machine, "Monkey Wrench" - Foo Fighters, "Message in a Bottle" - The Police, "Woman" - Wolfmother, and there other enujoyable ones such as Megadeth's Hangar 18.

The set list is generally very enjoyable, but it's like the previous installement of guitar hero some songs you like others you don't. One thing is sure though, the songs are a lot tougher to play this time around, just give All That Remains' "Six" a try it,s freakin difficult.

Saga Frontier II for PS1, a very underrated game.

nah the crue is shout at the devil. Actually the hardest song i've seen so far is The Light That Blinds. Frikkin impossible.

The Metalocalypse bonus track got me super excited for this game. Ha

Mother by Danzig is a good song too.

I can hold my own when I play, I don't play it often. But I can do medium pretty well. I don't think I could ever master it though, my hands are too tiny.

i'm still hooked on Soul Calibur II. i go to practice mode and try to beat the CPU by ring-out (i like to play w/ Kilik against Nightmare, he's the most unpredictable to me).

Soul Calibur is one of my favourite games ever. Have you played the third? The create a fighter feature is pretty cool. I've made the pope and Jesus

I like fighting as Mitsurugi.

nope, it didn't come out on the gaycube.

Mitsurugi is cool but takes too much time to master (at least compared to Kilik), and i'm a bit lazy.
