I just finished watching this and it was really, really good. The goddamn trailers for the movie had Evanescence playing in them, which made me think it was going to be like A Knight's Tale, a period drama with modern music. Luckily, it is not like this. No modern music to be found.

The beginnings of the love story early in the movie kind of take off quickly, they don't develop it to great a degree, but you understand what's going on. It's like an accelerated version, so to speak. The rest of the movie is great, though, and there's no happy ending, which is cool.

Definitely recommended.

Just bought Conan the Barbarian on DVD. Arnie's best movie and one of the most awesome movies ever.

In The Bedroom - Good 8.5/10

The Skeleton Key - Much better than I was expecting, and the ending's pretty cool. 6.5/10

Sleepers - Kevin Bacon just loves playing paedophiles, doesn't he? 7/10

The Notebook - Sappy crap, but not that dreadful. 5.5/10

I do it in stages. The above four movies were over an afternoon, and I'm really not online that much.
