I tr not to bash religion but....

If god created everything according to the Christians. That means he created gay people. Christians say gays are destined for hell. Why would god create something just to condemn it for all eternity.

Moral of the story: religion makes absolutely no sense.

in their defence, the kind of christians that believe gays are destined for hell also believe that no one is created gay, but rather that it's an unnatural, acquired condition.
This is true but I have a fourth cousin who was gay from birth. Everyone knew it. He was so feminine.

Also Christians pick and chose their beliefs so it fits their hate. On one hand god created everything and is all loving but hates gays.

And I'm straight. So if I wanted to be gay and an opportunity presented itself I would not be able to get aroused. The thought is repulsive to me because I like women. So the idea that being gay is a choice is absurd. If someone is straight then they wouldn't be able to go gay.

What I have trouble wrapping my head around is bi sexuals. How can someone like both men and women is odd and makes me wonder.

Hmmm, as the board's resident queer, I really don't think people are born "gay" as in wanting to have sex with the same sex. Socialization is a big issue that you're not looking to snake. A lot of straight dudes, myself included, being disgusted by dicks is a fabricated and reinforced response. From my understanding, gay folks like certain traits and those traits just so happen to correlate with members of the same sex. Bisexuality develops when the traits that those individuals find attractive or sexy can be found in both sexes. Like I dated a chick who was bisexual and the girl that she dated after she moved away was oddly similar to me in how we treated her. Like we were both protective, warm and funny while being a bit goofy; it was weird and kinda hard to explain. She liked those things and found it in both men and women. When it comes to bedroom stuff as long as you're getting your rocks off then there are no complaints.

You wanna hear something weird??? Well I'm gonna tell you anyway. Dicks don't disgust me at all. I just don't want one in my mouth!!! :D

As for the rest of your post: I dated a bi girl too. It didn't work out. But you make some good points. I guess we would need a gay gentlemen here to pick his brain. I've heard different opinions from different people on this subject. Idk. I can't really argue the point but I have no problem with gay folks. I think they should be able to get married and have the same priviledges as anyone else.

To my other point. The bible. I feel those initial commandments were implemented by the Jews because they wanted more procreation. A lot of the commandments were good for that society and the times and all. I do not believe they were handed to Moses by god.

Also if you read the bible the god of the old testament really is a different god than the one in the new testament. Idk the bible is full of contradictions and holds no weight with me.

I'm straight but I get really turned on by trannies. I mean everything-but-dick-op, with the tits, the curves, the hair, everything. They look like women but they have a dick. I'm quite sure it's got to do with the psychological novelty of being submissive, which, as a man, I'm not expected to be.

I literally ignored the first three sentences because I was annoyed by the fourth one.

I'm entirely serious. Society expects men to be dominant in most things, including sex. We are penetrators, rather than being being penetrated. Everything we're taught in growing up helps to support this sexual hegemony, to teach us that we're meant to be dominant, in control, and on top. Which is why trannies excite a lot of men- the aesthetic is female, and can suscitate lust and attraction in straight men (the curves, the shape, etc), yet the fact that there's a phallic organ that's MEANT to penetrate on someone other than the man flips everything around, and for those brave enough to venture forth, is a liberating experience.

Ok, impressively said. You explained the fourth sentence well, so I'm no longer annoyed by it.

Liberation for you might be coming to terms with the appeal of trannies, and for me it might be a preference for women past 35.

That's only natural at your age. I would expect no less. As people grow in life experience, it becomes very annoying to be in the presence of more inexperienced people.

I'm only 26, and I'm going to sound like an old man saying this, but I can't fucking stand being around teenagers, even just socially. They piss me off so much, most of them being so stupid (there are exceptions, of course). Used to be I only wanted to fuck 18 year olds. These days, I still think 18 year olds are hot, but I wouldn't want to fuck them because it would mean I'd have to talk to them, and that would drive me insane.

I have seen trans women who are hot, but I don't think I have a latent desire to be fucked by their penis. They seek to emulate an extreme version of female aesthetics and some achieve that. I just don't want their bulge/tuck.

On that note, Frig kinda makes me want to throw up with his Intro to Women's Studies take on masculinity. I really hope I don't sound like that. ALL THE WORDS ARE DONGS THEY PENETRATE THE DISCOURSE OF SHARED EXPERIENCE THAT WOMEN AS SUCH IS FOUNDED UPON AS SISTERS AND MOTHERS.

Couldn't agree more. I was hanging out with people in their 40's when I was 20. back then I couldn't stand people my own age and dated someone about 8 years older than me.

I'm 27 and would probably not bother with a woman under 35 myself. Definitely not younger than 30. I have all the generational cultural influences of someone who was alive in the 80's, not the 90's. When I was the ripe old age of four I was watching Madonna on MTV promote her then new record and honestly I would want to hang out with a chick that I can relate to through some common interests. There's a generation gap with people my own age since I experienced pop culture early and moved on by the time I was 12 where most people don't start caring until they are 10 and don't get past those influences til they are out of college.

Hm, not that I mind older women but I don't have this distaste for younger ones that you guys have - most of the younger women I know are in higher ed of some sort, however.

When I said I can't stand hanging around teenagers socially, I meant the males one too. Even at 26 I just can't relate to them anymore. I am a bit reclusive so maybe it's me more than them, but the "iGen" or whatever it's called just seems so retarded to me.

Ah, heh, okay. Know what you mean, but perhaps feel it less having younger siblings around that age...

I have two sisters. 18 and 25. They are cool but I wouldn't hang around them if they weren't family. This younger generation strikes me as idk just different I guess. To dependent on technology.

When I was a kid.....trapt knows where this is going haha but I'll say it again. There was no Internet there was no cell phones. I had to walk 6 miles to school in 2 feet of snow up a hill with no shoes. And life seemed lovely.

I agree with this. But I was 40 years old when I was 20 too.

Teenagers are OK. They're a lot like people of any age group where there's some I can enjoy talking to and a lot that are boring/annoying to talk to. In general I feel a bit of a disconnect with anyone who's a different age or at a different place in their lives, but sometimes the disconnect is bridgeable.
