My downfall was a car accident. No mobility for 8 months added 30lbs. I lost 10lb. :lame: Plus, I don't eat bad at all. If I ate fast food and shit, I'd be 350lbs! :lol: I just haven't found replacement exercise yet. I can't box anymore, I can't play baseball. I can't really run, I can jog slowly, but I ain't jogging 10 miles a day just because I have to jog two times further than I'd have to run. I need a bike.

Man if you want to get in awesome shape in a very healthy way go check out Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey. Awesome stuff.

Man, I can only imagine what that is. When I was in shape I was dating this chick who did Tae Bo. So after months of making fun of her she's like, "Come try it." Of course I did, she and Billy Blanks can die. :lol: That shit was HARD AS HELL!! I'm watching this 75 year old woman—totally not kidding—on the DVD just kicking ass and I couldn't even lift my legs off the ground anymore! :lol: That shit is no joke!
