bit of hostility in the politics thread is my guess but that would appear to have resolved itself, having been on the recieving end of much of it I really have no desire to experience that again

I'm confused. I've been on a forum or two and this one is really like a family more than any other. We know each other. We bust each others balls and if we need advice or help we are there for each other. Idk what else you could ask for in a community.

Maybe I missed something that happened.

yeah I did bring it on myself I'm not denying that but I've learned my lesson, I'm not the sort of person who goes fishing for reactions so I think I'd best leave that to steve

btw I never said anything about having my "feelings hurt" as you put it, I just felt obligated to play the part of the antagonist, I've learned it's not something I enjoy so I'll do my best to refrain from getting involved in such situations

I did though, since everyone else around here has it in for steve (unless I'm interpreting the seemingly constant bickering he's involved in wrong) I thought that would have been a pretty uncontroversial comment

last thing I want is to cause ill will towards myself, particularly since other then the one other forum I'm currently on this place is by far the most civil of any metal forum I've encountered so let's see if I can't edit/delete that previous comment

That's cute, picking up on the criticism without looking to my response. I respect those women doing what they have to do, but I don't respect a society that makes those opportunities something that someone reluctantly enters into because they need the money. That doesn't include those who opt into it because they want to do it.

And yeah, snake's response to your Steve bashing was kinda funny. It's like little brother stuff, "only I'm allowed to make fun of him".

In snake's defence, he has stated several times that he doesn't mind Steve.

And my post to relentless oblivion was because he said in the post prior he said "playing the role of the antagonist isn't for me" then in the same post he said "I just wanted to see what Steve's life was like he must be a miserable bastard". So that made no sense to me. Therefore I said what I said. I wasn't picking up for Steve. Steve is a big boy and can totally take care of himself. I was simply calling relentless out on saying one thing then doing what he said he wasn't going to do in the same post. Ha!! Just looked. Same sentence. So again whatever. And the big brother comment makes no sense because I didn't pick up for Steve and I never made fun of Steve.

I don't understand some of you guys. Trapt your a fucking ball buster yourself so what are you talking about? And there is a big difference between making fun of someone and playing around or busting balls.
