| Post subject: | Off to the US |
To Washington, DC, in fact, until January. Whilst it is true that the internet does exist in America it is also true that I may not be able to access it much, so if I can't be in much contact have a good Halloween, Bonfire Night, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. I shall be back as a regular in January, although most likely there will be the odd post from me during the time in between. Bye now

I'm doing some research/volunteering at an NGO there. Nebraska, eh? It does sound like fun, especially if Ness is there. I will be off to Vermont, I think, around Christmas time, and I also hope to go to New York and see that big ol' statue. |

Have fun, and be safe. Don't go wandering around in Washington DC, it's got a few really bad areas. Stick to the tourist areas and you should be fine. |

Welcome to America. Stay safe, and don't wander the city streets too late at night (Washington DC is a pretty crime-laden "city"). |
